Allora Modern Wellness is a medical, aesthetics and athletic performance/recovery spa in Starkville, Mississippi offering whole body cryotherapy, IV therapy, vitamin shots, Botox/Dysport, weight management injections, massage therapy, infrared saunas, compression, muscular e-stim, local cryotherapy, 3-D body scanning and LED light therapy. Allora is the only whole-body wellness studio in the Golden Triangle area.

Allora was founded and is operated by Rich and Lisa Lopez, who have a combined 50+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. Their personal experience of living with chronic pain and watching multiple family members deal with long-term illnesses inspired them to create a health and wellness center that combines the latest in cutting-edge therapy with a holistic approach to health. Our vision is to help our clients to "live well, be well". All of our services are meant to help our clients achieve that end.
Allora started with a goal to bring something new, something needed, and something impactful to Starkville and The Golden Triangle area and beyond. Our mission is to help people feel more alive, become healthier, reduce anxiety, perform to their capability and to alleviate pain. If we can accomplish any one or more of these, then we will have been successful.

Co-Owners
Rich and Lisa Lopez
Rich and Lisa have both worked in healthcare for 30+ years. Rich is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Lisa is a native Kentuckian and has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Western Kentucky University and a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Physician and Medical Director
Dr. Yash Sarda
Dr. Sarda is a physician practicing at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus and is board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and critical care medicine. He provides injector services and conducts medical assessments for our IV hydration, IM shots, and weight management services.
Physician Assistant
Jaycee Jester Futral, PA-C
Jaycee earned her bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University before completing her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at South College in Nashville, Tennessee. She is passionate about helping patients feel their best through personalized, evidence-based care. She provides injector services (Botox, Dysport, and filler) and conducts medical assessments for our IV hydration, IM shots, and weight management services.
Kathleen Loomis, RN
Registered Nurse
Kathleen began her nursing career in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is a graduate of the Delgado Charity School of Nursing and has built her career with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care. She brings more than 15 years of clinical experience and a strong commitment to supporting patients in achieving their health and wellness goals.

Jule Willis
Wellness Specialist
Jule is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina and is currently a senior at Mississippi State University majoring in kinesiology. He is NASM certified in Assisted Stretching.
Samuel Lopez
Wellness Specialist
Samuel is a native of Bowling Green, Kentucky and is currently a senior at Mississippi State University majoring in business and is a certified Fit3D coach. He is NASM certified in Assisted Stretching.
Treja Wright
Wellness Specialist
Treja is a native of West Palm Beach, Florida and is currently pursuing a PhD in Kinesiology with a focus in Sport Psychology at Mississippi State University. She is a certified medical assistant and assists with client lab work, Neveskin treatments, and many of Allora's other health and wellness services.

Helen Anne Hawkins
Helen Anne is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and is currently a senior majoring in Criminology at Mississippi State University.
Gracie Carroll
Wellness Specialist
Gracie is a native of Cumming, Georgia and is currently a senior at Mississippi State University majoring in criminology.
Mandy Duckworth
Wellness Specialist
Mandy is a native of Frisco, Texas and is currently a senior at Mississippi State University majoring in business administration.
