Aescape Massage?

Aescape is the intelligent, intuitive recovery experience inspired by massage and controlled entirely by you. Before the experience begins, you can adjust the bolster, headrest, and armrest positioning so your body is in the most comfortable and optimized position for a precise, targeted massage.  Using the interactive touchscreen console, you can initiate your massage. At any point, you can interact with the touchscreen to control and adjust the experience: pressure and intensity, target specific muscle areas, and tailor the music and lighting – so that you have the exact massage you want.

Before your session begins, you select a focus area, set your pressure preference, and choose your music. The system then maps your body using depth sensors, building a 3D model that allows it to target muscle groups with precision. Aescape delivers bodywork through Aerpoints, seven precision-crafted surfaces designed to replicate the feel of skilled hands. The system reads your body in real time and adapts as it goes. You stay in control throughout. Adjust pressure, shift focus, or change your environment at any point using the touchscreen. The session responds to you.

First, ensure you have none of the contraindications listed. When you arrive, you will change into the provided apparel. It is designed to work with the system's touchpoints and depth sensors, so the body map is accurate and the session can do its job. No oils or lotions needed. Pull any hair that falls onto the neck into a ponytail, secured as high as possible. Headbands are provided. Remove any necklaces before getting on the table. The system will guide you through the rest. Get settled, and let it work.

Yes. You set your preferences before the session begins and can adjust pressure and intensity at any point using the touchscreen. The session responds immediately. You are always in control.

Yes. Aescape offers a range of programs designed for different recovery needs, targeting the full body or specific areas including shoulders, glutes, hamstrings, and lower back. Sessions range from 15 to 60 minutes. Start where you are and build from there.

The Aescape experience is designed for a wide range of users, but it is important to review the full list of contraindications below before booking. If you have any medical concerns or underlying health conditions, consult your healthcare provider before booking. Avoid using Aescape if you have any of the following:  • Pregnancy •Uncontrolled High or Low Blood Pressure •Heart Disease or any Heart-related Condition (including pacemaker) •Fracture •Significant Cuts, Bruises or Open Wounds •History or Heightened Risk of Blood Clots •Deep vein thrombosis •Fever or Infectious Disease •Active cancer •Recent surgery or injury •Herniated/Bulging Disc •Kidney or Liver Disease •Intoxication •Brace or Cast on the body, neck, or legs •Any other condition (e.g., inflammation) that increases any risks associated with getting a massage Consult a physician before using Aescape if you have any of the following:  • Bone diseases •Spine and nerve conditions •Skin disorders •Kidney conditions •Liver conditions •Cardiac conditions •Diabetes •Connective tissue disorders •Leg conditions •Varicose Veins

Yes. The Aescape table has been tested extensively and has completed tens of thousands of massages without a safety incident. The safety of Aescape members is our top priority.  Aescape tables are equipped with advanced safety features, including force/pressure sensors and pause & emergency stop features for your comfort and peace of mind.

When you arrive, you will change into the provided apparel and get settled on the table. Adjust the bolster, headrest, and armrest until your positioning feels right. From there, the touchscreen walks you through starting your session. You are in control of pressure, focus areas, and your environment throughout. Sessions are private and self-guided. The system does the rest.
